Green Beans with Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredient

  • 1 pound fresh or frozen green beans, cooked

  • 2 tablespoon light olive oil

  • 1 pound white mushrooms, chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; add mushrooms, salt, and pepper and stir frequently until mushrooms start to sweat.

  2. Add garlic; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are caramelized.

  3. Add precooked green beans and stir until heated through.
