Oven Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets that are cut in half
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets that are cut in half
  • olive oil or cooking spray
  • kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Spray half sheet pan with olive oil or cooking spray.
  3. Arrange broccoli and cauliflower floret halves, cut side down, on prepared pan.
  4. Spray top of broccoli and cauliflower lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
  5. Roast, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes or until brown and caramelized on the edges.
