Spicy Sesame Noodles

Ingredients
  • 8 oz noodles, cooked
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cup canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons pure sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot chili oil
  • sliced scallions for garnish

Directions
  1. Whisk together the garlic, soy, rice vinegar, canola oil, sesame oil, and chili oil; pour over noodles and toss.  
  2. Top with sliced scallions and serve warm or cold.
