Wickedly Delicious Chocolate Class Ingredients and Supplies

Class Ingredients Needed:
36 ounces high-quality bittersweet chocolate (60-70%)
8 ounces high-quality milk chocolate (42%)
2 1/3 cups heavy cream 
21 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon espresso powder
1 whole vanilla bean
pure vanilla extract
2 cups dutch-processed cocoa
various toppings for truffles (sprinkles, cocoa, cinnamon sugar, mini chocolate chips, etc)
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chocolate milk
2 tablespoons Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 cup strongly brewed coffee
2 cups high-quality vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup crushed Oreo crumbs
pint fresh raspberries

Equipment Needed:
9" tart pan with removable bottom
mixing bowls
measuring spoons and cups
parchment paper, plastic wrap
whisks, spoons, spatulas
small portion scoops
martini glasses (one per person)
sheet pan
disposable gloves

Note:  If more than 5-8 people sign up for the class, double ice cream, freshly brewed coffee, and chocolate milk.  If 9-12 people sign up for the class, triple the ice cream, freshly brewed coffee, and chocolate milk.
