Chocolate Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Hershey's chocolate syrup

  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookie crumbs

  • 1 cup chocolate milk

  • 1 cup strongly brewed coffee

  • 2 cups high quality vanilla ice cream

Directions

    1. Dip rim of martini glasses into chocolate syrup and then into crushed cookie crumbs; set aside.

    2. In a blender, combine the chocolate milk, coffee, and ice cream; blend until smooth and pour into prepared glasses.

Note:

    • For alcoholic martinis, replace chocolate milk with 1/2 cup vodka and 1/2 cup chocolate-flavored liqueur.
