DIY Poultry Seasoning

makes 1 small spice jar

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1 teaspoon dried rubbed sage

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram

  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in spice grinder and blend until finely milled.

  2. Place contents into an airtight container and store in a cool dry place for up to 3 months.
