DIY Poultry Seasoning
from ButterYum
makes 1 small spice jar
Ingredients
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried rubbed sage
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in spice grinder and blend until finely milled.
Place contents into an airtight container and store in a cool dry place for up to 3 months.
