Creamy Fruit Dip

makes enough dip for 4-6 apples

Ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream

• 1/2 cup light brown sugar

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste, 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, or 1/2 a vanilla bean, scraped

Directions

1. Combine well and serve with your choice of fruit - for the smoothest dip, mix with a whisk.
