"Joy can be anywhere, within or without. It can lighten up any old or new situation.

You know this from happy events, goals met or being absorbed in positive pursuits.

Interactions can go smoothly in a wholly pleasant atmosphere. Living can be good.

Just think of how your own body can feel great when all systems work in harmony.

Can you expand that circle of happiness so it includes everything you do know of?

Can you imagine your world transformed into a well-oiled only happiness society?

"I don't ask you to daydream about a perfect world. It would be wasting time.

But imagining all-out joy can bring home you already belong to such a world.

The component joy is in anything and everyone, even while it is suppressed.

The challenge is to discover and 'own' this normal ingredient of your nature.

You can choose to open up to the lightness inside, independent of externals.

Why not welcome joy from within, like you do the daylight after each night?

Honesty can be sacrificed by pretending all is well, when inside you rebel or hurt.

Public displays of joy trying to satisfy others are fake, formality and manipulative.

A sense of security can fill you about your worth, mission, future or ability to cope.

When I smile at you - and I will and I do - you never want to shut Me out anymore.

Like I approach you, you can approach yourself, starting with caring for your body.

It's hopelessly fragile or crisis-prone, yet you can support its efforts to please you.

"It is easy to be bitter or suspicious of your environment and to expect the worst.

In a way, you should. Anything can go wrong at any time. Nothing can be trusted.

Yet, from the inner contact with Me, you can see events in their true perspective.

You see then that injustices, ugliness, illnesses or what makes sad, are abnormal.

As much as you can, you can contribute to positive endeavors; those provide joy.

Not what's achieved, but what's radiated from within can create true happiness.

Look at your relationships, with nature, people, family, job, hobbies or causes.

True joy comes from within, when you realize life does bubble with goodness.

People are wired to follow others, hide behind them or see comparing as normal.

But it's not! I work through you. You work with Me. That's each individual's glory.

Learning, teaching others or working with them on projects can seem rewarding.

But it remains your challenge to see that your happiness does mirror My sphere.

People, power or wealth may fascinate. But what about you being My treasure?

The structure of My fullness is that all parts of life share an importance and pride.

Asking for input or a helping hand won't come from a neediness or any weakness.

The same goes for using material. It's not meant to be beaten into desired shapes.

From its own inner core, matter is capable to join in in whichever way it's wanted.

Even you know friendships are based on free choice and a particular attraction.

So all of reality relates: nature, spirits, matter or sentient entities; I Myself also.

Joy, when it includes all, is solid ground for setting proper norms for all actions.

Politics, economics, codes of behavior, health and morals without joy are dead.

"Your ancestors tried very hard to tie all human pleasures to external sources.

You are used to expect happiness from health, possessions, money, and so on.

It seems far-fetched that only closeness to Me gives access to joy's full range.

Besides that, many religions are on the heavy, things-to-do, side: not cheerful.

It's a reason I give these words. Health depends on trusting and 'eating' them.

When they happen to tickle your funny bones, by all means, let them do that!

"Let Me say it very simply: life is good. Your life, life in others and in nature. It is.

And why is it good? Do not negative events seem to balance the positive ones?

It's because I am good. In Me there's just no darkness of any kind. Never will be.

What may take away a happy smile or is threatening, their days are numbered.

Your taking part in an evil-infested earth situation is temporary, one-time-only.

Because of a limited ability to endure the negative, humans' earth time is short.

"Most people do not take being born as a mission, with a why and where and how.

Your validation of life's meaning comes from longevity, family life or achievement.

When a child's life is cut short, for any reason, you'll only see it as a deep tragedy.

And it is! It's completely unnatural that things occur that do cause grief or anger.

Do realize, though, that before birth, you can have 'contracted' for a certain task.

As memories of this are blocked, you must base conclusions on insufficient data.

It's to make choices as to what to trust or what to believe on your isolated earth.

All placements on earth, in a certain body and time, are for a particular occasion.

People with a good-humored disposition and those morose have different tasks.

Although what you do has consequences, you won't be judged. You volunteered!

Yet, it's not so. The acquired human body is loaded with defects and false data.

Even with ideal parents and surroundings, nothing in and of children is perfect.

'The' issue is that you choose what to contribute to the structure you're part of.

In this sense there is no good or bad, but only you, choosing what you do or not.

Yet, there is something keeping you connected with the universal realness.

Still, My presence is not forced on you or anyone. If you want, you can find it.

I'm the life and being in all its totality. So you, before Me, are in My structure.

I am not an amorphous, abstract idea; I've a body, a constitution, a structure.

These words are about this. Your twelve elements are My nature's elements.

Seeing that'll let you jump with excitement right away. What a life you have!

Earth's ingredients, bodies, atmosphere, chemicals may be tabulated and studied.

For research purposes or for putting it to practical uses, this can be very positive.

But this only pertains to life's externals; it sheds no light on being's vibrant core.

The elements or ingredients that I reveal in these booklets are spiritually rooted.

They say I function with an all-out involvement, as the source, model and energy.

Do they choose? Can they still 'own' or activate this tenth ingredient consciously?

First of all, no one is ever driven, taken over, possessed by Me, My spirit or power.

Ecstasy, rapture or spirit-mad isn't joy but induced reaction of unbalanced minds.

"In this sense, losing control means that negative forces did take away freedom.

The joy and happiness I talk about always include the exuberance of being free.

They are never followed by a letdown, by exhaustion or by a not remembering.

You need protection against those 'possessed', fanatic, criminal and deranged.

These themselves, however, are not different in terms of their chosen mission.

They portray evil blatantly. True joy or pride escapes them. What a challenge!

"Seeing people who are not free and not realistic can deepen your respect for Me.

I don't condemn. Everything has its place. All contribute ultimately to life's goal.

The negative state and its putrid products will exhaust their source of depravity.

This cycle of time, with humans as central players, will end and never come back.

The dormant potential of an alternative, a not-from-Me world, is being emptied.

Talking of joy: your willingness to enter evil's realm, hastens its demise. Great!"
