"It may surprise, or irritate?, some of you, when I first connect joy with sexuality.

On earth, the inadequacies involving making love in a physical way are obvious.

Many therefore object to My using the term making love. They'd prefer 'loving'.

But first of all, joy has everything to do with love, in whichever shape and form.

It includes its physical expressions and drives. Joy and love always go together.

It is wise to have an open mind when you look at what for you love's essence is.

"You can use your imagination to envision a sex life that you may consider ideal.

I'll help: shouldn't it be a mutually and freely agreed upon, desired interaction?

Should it include not only physical joy, but complete trust and deep friendship?

This would seal the longing for a oneness, achieved in a most pleasurable way.

Should not family and society support, sanction and enjoy people's embracing?

And shouldn't lusting for oneness increase over the years, deepening intimacy?

"Even if unattainable, would this not be sort of ideal? Yet, I left out two aspects.

One, shouldn't there be awe that love's climax leads to possible new creations,

be it conceiving new life or a chance to experience incredible intense beauty?

Two is, to always respect each other's sensitivities and so avoiding any conflict.

If all that happens, is that not like heaven on earth, the maximum achievable?

In a way, yes, this can indeed be great joy. Yet the scenario has two fatal flaws.

"I like to give you joy's full picture, as it relates to love and as it involves you all.

I don't address the obvious brokenness in human lovemaking. It is well known.

The first flaw, even in the ideal picture as painted, is that it hints at exclusivity.

Around the intimacy of making love, a circle seems drawn, keeping others out.

But true joy is shared, shown and not hidden or secretive, its range unlimited.

True love is the same. It is inclusive. True love doesn't exclude; it is like Mine is.

"To most people this makes no sense. Are privacy, marriage and family not sacred?

This brings Me to the second flaw. In the ideal picture, the externals do dominate,

meaning, that making love became a goal in itself, one that will be needing others.

Laws, social structures and morality protect that 'needing' with rules and duties,

which tells many who, for whatever reason, have no partner, they're missing out.

It is what your ancestors planned when they tied lovemaking to 'needing' others.

"From the perspective of true reality, joy nor love do ever lead to a dependency.

This does apply to sexual pursuits and to all longing for individual gratification.

Realize, however, that in each act, from its first conception, My nature figures.

No interference and diversions of anything negative, like on earth, are present.

Joy isn't threatened, as all have the wish in common to magnify life's happiness.

Take sexual desire: it's not based on un-fulfillment, but on a shared abundance!

"Many conflicts surrounding making love on earth are perversions of its spontaneity.

The tiniest unpleasant interference or thought when making love violates its purity.

You on earth validate sexual satisfaction by morals, comparing or by feeling fulfilled.

I say, this is a criterion: is sex giving joy to all involved? Is a caring sphere enriched?

What seems to most humans a lucky luxury is actually a regular way of connecting.

In your spirit, you can taste some of the exquisite joy of loving without restrictions.

"The universal joy of sharing everything in love doesn't exclude special relationships.

But these, friendships or other alliances do never dampen the joy for others around.

All in life are emotionally self-sufficient, as all possess a joy as standard equipment.

There never is the neediness that could create a looking-up to others for fulfillment.

Life starts with fulfillment, it starts with love. Everything after that is actually 'extra'.

You, too, can start with My happy closeness whenever you wish to engage in loving.

"You know that lasting, spontaneous and all-including joy can be rather rare on earth.

It is because the realness of My all-presence is missing, even if it's officially believed.

I address you as individual. Whatever your circumstance, My love can penetrate you.

How will you know or feel this? You must start with wanting it. And how you do that?

These booklets are not giving advise. Yet remember, you do have the joy ingredient!

"You may say, is it not true what is said, that love can hurt more than it gives pleasure?

Out of fear of having to come down to earth, some forfeit reaching happiness' highs.

This may have merit as a method to cope with earth's non-predictability, yet it's a lie.

Within you, joy is a natural component that never lets you down. It shows Me in you.

The more you uncover it, the freer you feel, the more you'll sing about My closeness.

In darkness, pain or whichever kind of prison, I stay with you, love you and hold you.

"Many forms of art express some of the joy of living. They usually are rated highly.

It's wise to look at your three layered picture: what is your color or your melody?

It's unavoidable to be conscious of it that other people will see and will judge you.

Yet you can ignore this and look at yourself and at others in the proper sequence,

which is that you start with noticing where your intimate closeness to Me shines.

Most likely, there, you will be swept off your feet by My love's high-spirited wave.

"Going to your own within is not an escape from reality. It is finding the true one.

You cannot find Me, hear Me or merge with Me while running away from 'facts'.

Many try to set Me up as a strong father, at whose side most worries disappear.

It's not what I tell you. Going inward to where I dwell is a retreat, not an escape.

In your spirit, in My presence there, you are exposed to the level of full realness.

This always will include My smile, My joy in meeting you, and My wish to merge.

"You may observe this occurring in you. It may trigger smiles and an urge to laugh.

There, many of your problems seem like comedy or dumb charades of evil forces.

You are stuck in the midst of those and must face situations that frighten or hurt.

Yet the moments with Me, however short or fleeting, do represent your true self.

Your inner smile, caused by Our intimacy, is immune to the negative state's virus.

My presence is there, if you want it. It keeps your being beloved and lover intact.

"Next to observing what goes on in your spirit, you can evaluate your mind's doings.

Focusing on your feelings and thoughts do let you face doubt, anxiety or problems.

Is it possible to maintain in your dark areas a pleasant attitude and genuine smile?

It is mainly up to you. Think: joy is in your nature and love is the essence of all life.

In your mind you can be honest about how much, or how little, you practice all this.

And an inner light will lighten your struggles, when in your heart is peace with Me.

"You see the value of the sequence, from within to without? First, check with Me.

Doing that is 'the' reality check. You won't get off the hook or have Me take over.

Looking at your attitude and intention by My light reveals your own true colors.

All acting and reacting on the external level is influenced by what goes on in you.

Regardless of what you show, your inner motivations indicate what you're about.

You can pretend, wear masks, lie or copy others, but inside, your 'soul' does speak.

"For what reasons do you think you are a good, well-liked person - if that's the case?

I do not want to rain on your parade, but how important is it how others judge you.

You need praise or strokes? Isn't being loved by Me and all in the universe enough?m

Well, you're important to Me, otherwise you would not be in life at all at this point.

Your mission on earth can't be evaluated by others. They do not have correct data.

Therefore, I say, do first align with Me, if you desire happiness, fulfillment, and fun.

"Of course, you can measure your level of joy and satisfaction by what others do,

or validate your life by the human standards that are unreliable to say the least.

If you do go this route, what practically all humans do, you're being conditioned.

Your system is so fabricated and wired that always the externals will come first.

Your ancestors deliberately distorted the flow of real life that does start within.

That way, they try everywhere to eliminate the appeal of My happy disposition.

"As love is all life's essence, it can't be destroyed. But it has been severely damaged.

You can see in yourself, or the world around, efforts to restore pieces of goodness.

Often those seem desperate efforts, when coldness or emptiness are crying for it.

All over on earth, substitutes for placating cravings for love, peace, light are tried.

Unfulfillment solicits envy, hatred and agony. Passions easily become obsessions.

Many cancers are inside your system, caused by the caging and corruption of love.

"If love is pulled out of its prison or hiding place, it can pave a road to wholeness.

Even if imperfect, fragmented or short-lived, this will affect all of you positively.

These words tell you to enjoy joy and not just for its temporary highs and bliss.

Moments of laughter or inner or outer fun signify My sphere breaking through.

Know that at those moments your eternal nature does act up. Just look for that.

It means loving yourself when you see yourself in perspective and with humor.

"As My love is involving all, so is joy, by its very nature. I told you, I am an happy I AM.

Looking at what has gone wrong or what's threatening you to do so is discouraging.

Some fake a smile when their heart is heavy; it's a gimmick to avoid making it worse.

Yet, giving up on loving, turning bitter or pessimistic, violates your tenth ingredient.

Earth's often hard-hitting disasters and ugliness cannot erase My love and warmth.

Do you see the importance of starting within when you try to overcome darkness?

"Everything you encounter you can hold up to: 'Where is the love in it and the joy?'

This way, you put yourself on tracks that start in eternity's center. And do go there!

For asking this question, you, as an adult, do not need answers from someone else.

Your intuition and instincts'll tell you if your laughter is genuine and from the heart.

They tell you if your love enriches others. Investing in the tenth ingredient pays off.

If there is no joy, there is no love. And vice versa. And both you have in your nature!"
