You can examine energy's technical aspects but that won't help enjoying it.

Better take it that nothing just 'is' but always operates by certain dynamics.

This is so for humans as for the cosmos you live in. Certain forces do drive it.

These forces are all contractions of energies with an outside, inside and core.

My fire is life's furnace. My desires flare and materialize, so becoming an 'is'.
