After several weeks of silence, on September 6th, Gormundr mentioned that the group known as the United Leaders' Foundation has recently disbanded, as the founder of the ULF moved on to another project.

He made an announcement in the public server saying that the group was just an experiment that didn't reach its full potential due to the lack of cooperation.

“The United Leaders Foundation has disbanded, for not a bad reason,” Gormundr said, “but simply put, it was a bit too much to ask of certain groups, the requirements for operating a foundation were simply not met, and we thought to ourselves, ‘Why do we need a foundation to collaborate?’”

While the oldest members of the ULF are aware of the situation and considering this being the right choice, many others, especially those who joined the foundation recently, were surprised and didn't think it would've turned out this way.

Our experts think the ULF didn't achieve their goal because they didn't have a hierarchical system that the group needed with their lack of communication. And Gormundr himself mentioned he was relying too much on other people.

“I don't have many people here added but I am sure we will see each other in the future,” Ronda replied to Gormundr a few weeks ago before the message reached their public server, “never goodbye, just till next time.”

During its lifetime as a “foundation”, unlike most groups, ULF managed to gather dozens of unique group representatives from various parts of the VRChat community, and according to the members of the ULF, it was truly a unique experience.

But in the end of his announcement, Gormundr explained that “this isn’t the end of collaboration in VRChat, just the end of an experiment”, and he will keep managing another project on a smaller scale.

As of now, the group remains under control of the world’s worst supervisor calling himself Pan Diman, ULF’s latest manager who's currently keeping it alive in a form of a vegetable before pulling the plug.
