Stage Two:

Community Labs Are Now Fully Automated

by Pan Diman

Updated algorithm of world publishing in VRChat.

On April 11th, VRChat announced that they’re moving on to the next and possibly final stage of Community Labs as they gave us the details on Discord with the link to their blog post where you can read more about it.

Overall, the system is going to be just like at Stage One, except the worlds won’t have to be reviewed by the moderators manually anymore, which used to take a tremendous amount of time.

But now that the system is automated, VRChat team seems to have a little more free time on their hands, and in order pay (dis-) respects, VR Pill posted a video featuring the team’s commentaries regarding worlds that didn’t get accepted.

Thankfully, Tupper prepared another “TL;DR” message for us, “The TL;DR here is that you no longer submit new worlds to our World Review form— you now just submit your world to Community Labs. If we see that your world is doing well and shows signs of being enjoyed by its visitors, it'll move to Public automatically over time.”
