With a custom shader-based system created by lox9973, users can now stream their avatars to other VRChat instances not only on a flat screen but also as a three-dimensional model.

Several content creators already applied the system in their worlds for parties and dance events. “The motion is encoded in the video, and it can be replayed on dolls using the motion player in the world. Useful for broadcasting events with unlimited viewers, or replaying your favorite dance moves,” says Lyuma in his review of the system.

This is just one of many advanced interactive shaders created by the VRChat community lately, some of which provided various AI-assisted tools, such as “Pix2Pix” by SCRN allowing you to generate pictures based on drawings.

If you want to try out any of the shaders mentioned above, they are currently available at https://gitlab.com/lox9973 and https://github.com/SCRN-VRC where you can download them for free, as well as in public VRChat worlds uploaded by lox9973 and SCRN, respectively.
