Contest Announced on Ghoster’s Birthday

Just a few hours ago, Ghoster, owner of the VRC Traders Discord server, mentioned that today is his birthday, and in order to celebrate this day, he starts a brand new contest which is going to end tomorrow.

At 1:46 PM UTC, Ghoster mentioned everyone on his Discord server and said, “So, it’s my birthday today, and I thought I would have a little contest. You have 24 hours to make a model (for the 3D people) or artwork (for the 2D artists). Your objective is to make a model/artwork that’s a completely and utterly mockery of me. Whether that be making a low-poly, barely recognizable renamon sitting on a pile of cash, or something else. Take my, oh so winning, personality and run wild.”

As he also mentioned, the prize will be presented to the winner (or rather winners) in cash, although he didn’t refer to any details, other than that the winner should receive “bragging rights, exclusive role and a cash prize.”

Ghoster stated that the winners will be chosen separately by the type of their work, which means there will be winners in two categories: 3D and 2D art. “I will be showcasing the top entries before selecting a winner who will get a cash prize,” he said in his announcement.

However, you should keep in mind there are still a few important restrictions in regards to the contest. According to Ghoster, “this is limited to only the current members of the VRC Traders server.” If you want to participate, you should have been on the server by the time of the announcement, and in that case you probably already read the message, but if you’re not familiar with VRC Traders, you can still check out their server which currently serves its purpose as a platform for commissioners, some of which earn a living off creation of custom worlds and avatars made specifically for their clients.

So, if you are a member of VRC Traders but you missed the announcement because you decided to suppress “@everyone” on Discord, make sure you read it, just remember that you have less than 24 hours left to submit your work.
