Clowning Around:

Local Clown Nearing Four Million Views

by Pan Diman

One of Lolathon’s latest avatars featured on his YouTube channel.

It’s been one month since Lolathon started uploading videos on his newer channel, and as of now, it’s about to hit four million views due to his popularity on Twitch and YouTube.

In just three weeks, Lolathon managed to gain over 1.7 million views on his channel, and the numbers keep growing, although, as far as it was told, he never paid for promotion of his channel on YouTube. In response, Lolathon confirmed it by saying, “No, I didn’t! It started when I made the Sprite Cranberry video, then [it] blew up!”

Lolathon has been streaming for about one year, however, it appears that his first channel got taken down due to copyright claims. Nonetheless, it appears that the algorithm approves newer channels following modern trends, as he just reached 100,000 followers on YouTube.

For now, let’s just hope YouTube doesn’t recognize him simply for being an actual clown creating “family-friendly” content so his channel doesn’t get thrown into the Elsagate category.
