Your Bones Are Gone

With the new updates, VRChat brings a brand new option allowing everybody to toggle one of the most redundant avatar features of all time, dynamic bones.

“You can customize these numbers by editing a configuration file,” VRChat said on Medium in their announcement posted on March 22nd. “These limits affect all loaded avatars, including your own.”

As we know, dynamic bones on avatars cause massive performance issues, but with this new feature, everyone is now able to select their own preferences in the “Safety” settings to let the system know if they want to see any dynamic bones.
