VRChat Gets Ported to Oculus Quest

The developers managed to achieve something unexpected and made an announcement regarding VRChat getting an official port to Oculus Quest for no obvious reason whatsoever.

So far, the only public statement VRChat published on Twitter with details regarding this matter is the message, “We've got a huge announcement. VRChat is coming Spring 2019 to Oculus Quest!”

The community’s reaction to the announcement was met with mixed comments and various opinions due to the lack of information and fear for the future of content in VRChat.

However, despite the debates and everyone’s differences, VRChat Inc. seems to be sure that porting their platform to Quest is a necessary decision for the future of creativity, mankind, and virtual reality experience in general. Either that, or Facebook paid them so much the devs didn’t really care about this at all.
