Ingredients:
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
¼ teaspoon dill seed
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan. Blend in flour and salt. Cook over low heat until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat, Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in mustard and dill seed. Serve mustard sauce over hot cooked asparagus, broccoli or cauliflower and sprinkle with cheese topper.
