Original Day Family Cookbook
Ingredients:
1 can tuna, preferably packed in water, low salt
Fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
Olive oil
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
Place tuna in food processor or blender. Chop until fine. Add nutmeg, lemon juice, and mint. Blend. While processing, add just enough olive oil to get pate consistency. Check for seasoning and adjust to taste.
