An easy dessert, and a Day favorite.

Ingredients:
¼ cup melted butter
1-¼ cups fine gingersnap crumbs (18)
2 cups sour cream
½ cup sugar or 3 tablespoons confectioners sugar
3-½ cups fruit cocktail, well drained
Directions:
Pie Shell: Mix butter and gingersnap crumbs. Bake at 325o for 10 min.
Pie Filling: Combine sour cream, sugar, and fruit cocktail. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350o for 25 min. Cool, then chill thoroughly.
