Original Day Family Cookbook
Ingredients:
½ cup bulgar
3 bunches parsely, minced
1 bunch scallions, chopped
2 large tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoon fresh mint or 1 tablespoon dried mint
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Soak bulgar in cold water for 15 min. Drain, then squeeze excess water from bulgar. Add other ingredients. Let stand 1 hour or refrigerate.
