Ingredients:
½ cup rye flour
½ cup white flour
1 cup Indian meal
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
½ cup molasses
1 cup milk
Directions:
Dissolve soda in molasses. Sift other dry ingredients together, stir in molasses and milk. Pour into greased gem pan or muffin pan. Bake at 400o for 20 min.
