Original Day Family Cookbook
Ingredients:
1 pkg lemon sugar-free Jello
1cup hot water
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon minced onion
1 10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli, cut into small cubes
½ cup lowfat cottage cheese
2 tablespoon reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 teaspoon prepared mustard
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add salt, onion, and broccoli. Stir until broccoli thaws and separates. Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard.
Makes 3 cups or 6 servings; 40 calories per serving.
