Original Day Family Cookbook
Ingredients:
2 cup cooked, chopped chicken (shrimp a substitute)
1 cup bean sprouts, rinse and drain
1 cup (8 oz) water chestnuts, drain and chop fine
¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
¼ cup celery, finely chopped
Soy Mayo:
3/4 cup mayonaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:
Refrigerate covered. Just before serving add 1 cup chow mein noodles. Mix well.
Variations:
