Butter an oblong pan, about 7xl0". Place raw, cut-up rhubarb in pan; sprinkle with sugar, then gelatin, used dry. Sprinkle the 2 cups dry cake mix all over gelatin. Gently pour the cup of water over all and dribble the melted margarine over the top. Bake 1 hour at 350o. Serve warm or cold with your favorite topping - ice cream is great! Serves 8.
