Broccoli

Original Day Family Cookbook

Ingredients:

    • 2 tablespoon minced onion

    • 2 tablespoon butter

    • 2 teaspoon vinegar

    • 2 teaspoon sugar

    • 1 cup sour cream

    • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds

    • ¼ teaspoon salt

    • ½ teaspoon paprika.

    • 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked

    • 1 cup chopped cashew nuts

Directions:

Saute onion in butter. Blend in vinegar and sugar. Add sour cream, poppy seeds, salt, and paprika. Pour over cooked broccoli. Sprinkle with chopped cashew nuts.
