Ingredients:
Fillets of sole
1 bay leaf crushed
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 or ½ lemon
1/3 cup dry white wine
¼ cup butter
1 teaspoon minced onion
Directions:
Roll fillets of sole - insert toothpicks. In electric skillet, bring remaining ingredients to boil. Cook fillets 10 min. in sauce.
