Ingredients:
2 pounds haddock (or haddock and scallops)
1 can condensed shrimp soup
¼ cup butter, melted
½ teaspoon grated onion
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
1-¼ cups crushed rich round (Ritz) crackers (30)
Directions:
Spread fish with condensed shrimp soup. (For 2 pounds haddock and 1 pound scallops, use another can of soup.) Bake at 375o for 20 min. Combine melted butter, grated onion, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt. Mix with crackers. Sprinkle over fish. Bake 10 min. longer. Serves 6-8.
