Original Day Family Cookbook
Almost as good as pan fried
Ingredients:
1-½ pounds fish (cusk, hake or haddock)
3 cups cereal flakes (I used Rice Krispies)
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup milk (or less)
2 tablespoon melted butter
Directions:
Cut fish into serving pieces, allowing about ¼ pound fish per person. Roll cereal flakes into fine crumbs. Add salt to milk. Dip fish in milk, then in crumbs, arrange on well-buttered baking sheet. Dribble melted butter over top of fish. Bake at 500o (this is correct) for 15-20 min.
