Custard

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups milk

  • Nutmeg

  • Vanilla if desired

Directions:

Beat eggs slightly. Place in blender with sugar and salt. Scald, then put milk and nutmeg into egg mixture. Add vanilla if desired. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Set cups in 1 inch of hot water. Bake at 350o for 30-35 min.
