Ingredients:
½ head chopped cabbage
2 green onions
3/4 cup frozen peas
¼ cup sunflower seeds
1/8 cup sesame seeds (almond)
1 pk. Ramen noodles (garden vegetable soup mix)
Dressing:
2 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup salad oil
¼ cup cider vinegar
Pkg. of Ramen seasonings.
Directions:
Put cabbage, onion, and peas in bowl. Saute uncooked noodles first, then add seeds, in butter til brown - cool. Add cabbage. Toss in dressing.
Optional - add sliced almonds before serving.
