Ingredients & Directions:
Remove the skin from chicken thighs. Marinate thighs for half an hour in a shot of white wine and garlic.
GLAZE:
In blender put a 12-oz can of apricots, drained, and a half teaspoon of tarragon and dill weed. Paint glaze liberally on chicken and bake at 375o for 45-60 min.
