Ingredients:
2 eggs (well beaten)
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 cup sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup molasses
1 tablespoon baking soda
3 cups flour
Directions:
Mix eggs, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Put molasses in saucepan, let it come to boil. Stir in baking soda. It will foam up quickly. Take off heat and cool. Add first mixture. Then add flour. Blend well. Drop by spoonfuls on lightly greased pan. Bake at 375o until brown. Cookies will be very chewy (like caramel).
