Original Day Family Cookbook
Ingredients:
2 cup mushrooms and onion, finely minced
2 tablespoon butter
½ cup white wine
1-2 tablespoon instantized flour
2 cups heavy or whipping cream
1-1½ lb. sea scallops, cut so all the same size
Puff pastry shells (take out centers)
Directions:
Saute mushrooms and onion, finely minced, in butter.
Add white wine, cook a bit.
Add flour and heavy or whipping cream.
Add sea scallops, cut so all the same size. Cook until scallops are done. Serve in puff pastry shells (take out centers) garnish - black olives.
