Ingredients:
4 cup thinly sliced cauliflower
½ cup coarsely chopped ripe pitted olives
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 cup chopped pimento
½ cup chopped onion
Dressing:
3 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoonred wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
pepper
Directions:
Toss- cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
