Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas, firm, peeled
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
Sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar; place on a lightly oiled pie plate. Bake 20 min. in 400o oven, or until slightly brown. Flame by placing a sugar cube soaked in lemon extract on each. Light cubes at the table.

Another version:
Saute ½ stick of butter and ¼ cup brown sugar, dash of cinnamon. Then add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Pour over 4 firm bananas cut lengthwise, and cook 3-4 mins. Pour over ½ cup dark rum and l tablespoon orange or banana liqueur, heat 4 seconds and light.
