Moo Goo Gai Pan

Ingredients:

    • 2 chicken breast, cut up

    • ½ teaspoon salt

    • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

    • 2 tablespoon hot oil

    • 1 can mushrooms

    • 1 green pepper, cut up

    • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced

    • 1 cup celery, sliced

    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

    • ¼ cup blanched almonds, toasted

Directions:

Shake chicken breast, cut up, with salt and cornstarch. Fry in hot oil til it turns white (2 min.). Add mushrooms, green pepper, water chestnuts, celery, and soy sauce. Cook 4 min. Add toasted almond. Serve over rice.
