Ingredients:
4 tablespoon butter
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 l0 oz. pkgs. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 small onion, chopped
½ cup chopped mushrooms (optional)
Seasoned salt for top
Directions:
Mix ingredients and bake in 350o oven for 25-35 min. in oiled pan.
Variations:
Shrimp Bars: Basic recipe above, except for spinach substitute 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped brocooli, thawed and drained - and add 2 cups cooked Maine shrimp.
