Indian Pudding

Ingredients:
2 quarts skimmed milk
1 cup cornmeal
2 large spoons buttermilk - usebutter instead
1 cup molasses
Salt
1 heaping tablespoon flour
Directions:
Scald 1 quart milk in double boiler. Stir in cornmeal and molasses. When thickened, pour into baking dish which has other quart of milk in it. Stir well. Bake at least 3 hours in slow oven. Cover. Do not stir after starting to bake.
