Ingredients:
½ cup quick cooking tapioca
2-½ cups boiling water
¼ teaspoon salt
7 sour apples (cored)
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon mixture
Directions:
Soak ½ cup quick cooking tapioca in a little cold water.
Pour 2-½ cups boiling water over tapioca and ¼ teaspoon salt.
Cook in double boiler until tapioca is clear.
Place 7 sour apples (cored) in baking dish.
Fill cavities with ½ cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon mixture.
Pour tapioca over all and bake at 350o until apples are tender and falling apart
