Original Day Family Cookbook
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chick peas
3 tablespoon tahini
4 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic (crushed) and some garlic oil
2 tablespoon safflower oil
Directions:
Mix in blender until creamy. Serve chilled with chopped parsley as a dip for raw vegetables or as a spread. Good with pita bread.
