Original Day Family Cookbook
Ingredients:
2-3 3/4 ounce cans sardines in oil
2 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon coarse-grained prepared mustard
Directions:
Drain sardines, discard oil. In food processor, process drained sardines, sour cream, lemon juice and mustard until smooth. Press pate into small bowl. Serve immediately or cover tightly and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
