Original Day Family Cookbook
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 clove garlic, minced
4 cups broccoli flowerets
1 large onion, choppped (l cup)
2 tablespoon snipped parsley
3 sheets frozen phyllo dough (14x18" rectangle, thawed)
3 tablespoon butter, melted
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions:
Preheat a wok over high heat. Add oil. Stir-fry garlic for 30 seconds. Add broccoli; stir-fry for 4 min. Add onion; stir-fry for 2 min. more. Stir in parsley; season with pepper. Brush 3 phyllo sheets with butter; layer sheets. Cut layered phyllo into quarters. Place ¼ of broccoli mixture and ¼ of cheese in center of each phyllo section. Form each into a bundle by bringing phyllo edges up to top of mixture; press edges together and twist slightly. Place on ungreased baking sheet; brush outside with remaining butter. Bake in a 375o oven for 20-25 min. or til golden. Makes 4 servings.
