Ingredients:
2 lbs. chicken parts
2 tablespoon melted butter
Paprika
1-½ cups tomato juice
½ cup water
1 teaspoon oregano leaves, crushed
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 can (16 oz.) baked pea beans
3/4 cup raw regular rice
½ cup sliced stuffed olives
Directions:
In 12x8x2 baking pan, arrange chicken parts skin-side down. Pour melted butter over chicken; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400o for 15 min. Remove chicken.
Blend the remaining ingredients in drippings. Bake 45 min. more, or until chicken and rice are done and liquid is absorbed. (4 servings)
