Ingredients:
2 squares bitter chocolate
2 tablespoon butter
3 eggs
½ cup sugar
3/4 cup dark corn syrup
3/4 cup pecans (optional)
Directions:
In double boiler, melt bitter chocolate and butter. Beat eggs, sugar, and dark corn syrup. Add chocolate mixture to corn syrup mixture. Mix in pecans (optional). Put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375o for 40-50 min. Serve with ice cream or whip cream.
