Ingredients:
1-1/3 cups graham-cracker crumbs
1/3 cup brown sugar (optional)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup melted butter
Directions:
Press mixture into 9" well-greased pie plate. Chill or bake 325o for 10 min.
Variations:
Mix in some gingersnap crumbs, then omit cinnamon.

Add ¼ cup wheat germ.

Toast 1 cup rolled oats, quick or old fashioned, in 350o oven about 10 mins. Add ¼ cup brown sugar and ¼ cup melted butter.

Cook ½ cup butter and 1/3 cup sugar in small saucepan til mixture boils; remove from heat. Mix in 1-½ cup corn flake crumbs.

1 cup dry crumbs, made from melba toast, graham crackers, cornflakes or other crisp cereals. Mix with ¼ cup sugar, 2 tablespoon oil, ¼ teaspooncinnamon.

Nut crust: Mix 1 cup flour; 1/3 cup softened margarine; ¼ cup finely chopped pecans; ¼ cup confectioners sugar. Bake 12-15 mins in 400o oven.
