Ingredients:
1-½ cups flour
½ teaspoon salt (optional)
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
3-4 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon vinegar
6 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup cold water
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients then add vanilla, vinegar, and vegetable oil. Pour cold water over all. Blend with wire whisk. Pour into greased and floured 8x8 square pan. Bake at 350o for 30 min.
