Original Day Family Cookbook
Ingredients:
2 - 3 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup broth
1 teaspoon tamari
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Dried red chili peppers to taste
Cooked fresh chinese noodles
Directions:
Make a sauce with the six ingredients. Adjust the amounts to taste. Simmer until thickened. Stir- fry the noodles with scallions. Add sauce. Serve immediately.
