Tomato-Basil Barley Pilaf

Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil or parsley OR 1 teaspoon dried basil or parsley
salt and pepper
3 cup cooked barley
1 tomato, chopped
1/3 cup green onion OR ½ cup chopped green pepper
3/4 cup seedless red grapes
Directions:
In 3-quart saucepan, saute garlic in olive oil over medium heat,about 30 seconds. Add basil or parsley, salt and pepper. Stir in cooked barley, tomato, green onion or green pepper. Cook about 3 min. or til heated through. Cut seedless red grapes in half lengthwise
