Original Day Family Cookbook

This is my favorite recipe when I have company over for dinner. - KBD

Ingredients:

• • 1 stick butter, softened

  • 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

  • 1 or 2 cloves garlic

  • ½ - 3 oz. jar pesto genovese

  • 8 oz. rotini noodles

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except pasta into a paste. Cook noodles and save 1 cup of the hot liquid. Mix noodles with paste, adding hot liquid if necessary. Serve immediately.
